Annual Diocesan Convention
Convention Schedule
Friday, March 8 4:00-7:00 p.m. Check-in at Grace Episcopal Church. Delegates are encouraged to check in early and leave time to get supper on your own before the service. 7:00 p.m. Choral Eucharist with Bishop vonRosenberg, Celebrant, and Bishop Alexander, Preacher. Clergy are invited to vest and process; the liturgical color is purple. Business Session: The Bishop will call the Convention to order for a brief business session at the conclusion of the service. Reception: Everyone is invited to gather for refreshments and fellowship in the parish hall after the evening business session. Saturday, March 9 7:30 a.m. Check-in begins, with coffee and a light breakfast available 9:00 a.m. General business session convenes. Lunch will be served. Registration Registration materials for delegations is available to download and print on the upper right of this page. We are asking each delegation to submit one registration packet and payment for your entire group. The cost is $50 per person for lay delegates, clergy delegates, and clergy with seat and voice. Guest registration is now open; the cost is $30 per person. These fees include Convention materials, the Friday reception, and breakfast and lunch on Saturday.
