Procedure for making additional nominations
Nominations will be allowed from the floor at Convention. To do so, there must be the consent of the person nominated. The person making the nomination must have written biographical information about the nominee (limit 150 words) and must bring 100 copies of that information to Convention.

Procedure for submitting additional resolutions
The format and guidelines are posted in the Notice of Submittal of Resolutions. 
The process for submitting a resolution at Convention is as follows: The proposed resolution must be typed and submitted to the Secretary of the Convention, and 100 copies must be made for distribution at the meeting.

3:30-4:45 p.m.
The next opportunity to discuss important Convention business will be on the first day of Convention (February 21) at All Saints, Hilton Head. Questions and comments will be addressed at these sessions:
